NACIN, Bhubaneswar has been taking a holistic approach in training that augments classroom learning with real-life case studies, role plays, field attachments, imparting ancient Indic knowledge and having a fun filled learning through quizzes and Presentations etc. for ensuring the allround development of the officers. Faculty development programmes are also regularly conducted for capacity building.
