"NACIN ZTI Delhi has launched a Mission Karmayogi training program on Behavioral Sensitization for effective grievance handling in CBIC. This initiative aims to train approximately 32,000 officers to enhance public service and address grievances promptly and sensitively. Ms. Aruna Narayan Gupta, Member CBIC, inaugurated the program, emphasizing the need for citizen-centric behavior and dignity in public service. Also present were Sh. Srinivas Venkatram, Founder CEO of the Knowledge Partner, Pr. ADG NACIN ZTI Delhi & other NACIN officers."
