It is with profound honour and enthusiasm that I assume the role of Additional Director General at NACIN, Zonal Campus, Hyderabad. Our institution stands as a beacon of excellence, serving the State of Telangana.

From 30.12.2024 onwards, our campus has transitioned to its newly constructed facility at Pillar No. 170, Attapur, Hyderabad, adjacent to the PVNR Expressway. This modern infrastructure provides an enhanced learning environment, equipped to support training and professional development. The move to this dedicated campus marks a significant milestone in our journey towards strengthening capacity-building initiatives.

In an era characterized by rapidly evolving laws, economic fluctuations, geopolitical shifts, and heightened citizen awareness, the imperative for continuous skill enhancement of government officers cannot be overstated. The ever-evolving landscape of governance necessitates a workforce that is not only knowledgeable but also adaptable and innovative. Our training programs are meticulously designed to equip officers with the requisite knowledge and skills to adeptly navigate these multifaceted challenges. By fostering an environment that promotes knowledge acquisition, skill development, and personal growth, we empower our trainees to excel.

Our dedication to capacity building is exemplified through our strategic collaborations with esteemed organizations such as RBVRR Telangana State Police Academy, Hyderabad and National Industrial Security Academy, Hyderabad that significantly enhance our training standards and foster a culture of excellence.
