INFRASTRUCTURE:

The foremost responsibility of NACIN, Jaipur Campus is to organiseInductiontraining Courses for the newly recruited and promoted Inspectors. Four Induction Courses have been organised so far in collaboration with Rajasthan Police Academy in which 148 officers have been trained.

It was planned residential in the campus of Rajasthan Police academy with an aim to give our officers a disciplined and healthy environment as coming from home/hotels during the course of training does not give the ideal environment for learning. Staying together 24 x 7 also develop batch camaraderie.

A healthy mind stays in a healthy body and therefore greater emphasis has been laid in organizing outdoor activities. The trainee officers participated in outdoor activities such as P.T., parade and drill in the morning from 5.30 AM to 8.30 A.M and one hour sport activities in the evening on all working days. This has helped in inculcating the important traits of discipline and punctuality in them.

The indoor classes covering the various taxation laws relating to GST, Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, other Acts such as PMLA, NDPS, various Allied Acts, Financial Accounting Principles, Soft Skills, Administration, HR Issues, etc. were held with the assistance of serving and retired officers of the department and experts from their respective fields. Practical training was also imparted to the trainee officers by taking them to ICD, Air Cargo, SEZ, Factory, International Airport during the training.

One week arms training was imparted to the trainee officers by the experts trainers of RPA. Classes on disaster management, emergency medical aid were also held.

A visit to village was also organized so that the officers are made aware of various developmental activities undertaken by Govt. /NGO for the upliftment of poor and downtrodden and to motivate them to engage themselves in social welfare activities.

Sports events were organized in order to inculcate in them the leadership qualities, team work and sportsmanship. Winners were awarded medals and a running trophy was also awarded to the best squad. Trekking and adventure sports were also held.
